Yes. Hospital treatment fees are paid directly to the hospital by you. Our coordination fee is separate and published.
What if my visa is refused?
Our refund ladder covers visa refusal cases with a high-percentage refund. See the fees page for details.
Do you treat or prescribe?
No. We coordinate access and care. Medical decisions stay with you and your doctors.
What languages do you speak?
Our care managers work in Chinese; interpretation and translation are built into every journey.
