We help you plan — and when the plan changes, we are already there to re-match, re-arrange and keep you moving.
Our role is not just an initial plan. It is being there when the plan changes.
We make what can be settled before you arrive — settled. What must wait for your physician — we tell you honestly. And when new findings or new recommendations change the picture, we re-assess and re-match you on the spot, so you are never left staring at a dead end.
All professions…
are conspiracies against the laity.

Each engagement is coordinated end to end, around one client file — your case, your records, your timeline.
We select doctors and teams among top-tier hospitals and report to you on their expertise, reputation, costs, and availability. You choose; we arrange. We put our heart into every match, and hope for a pat on the back from you when the job is done.
Consultations, imaging, and pre-admission steps are booked on your behalf. When schedules shift — and in large hospitals they often do — we rebook and reconfirm, so you are never left trapped between reception desks.
To add certainty before you commit to travel, we can arrange a paid video consultation with a physician you are considering. Meet the team, ask your questions, and get a preliminary sense of fit — before you book a flight.
We accompany you throughout your hospital visit: handling registration, escorting you to examinations, joining your consultations at your request, and guiding you at every stage. This service is popular, for even local patients often need help navigating the mammoth maze of a Class 3A hospital.
Every clinical document — referral letters, imaging reports, surgical notes — is translated by certified medical translators, not generic software. Clinical terminology is handled with care, because the stakes are your care.
You receive standardized English discharge summaries, operative reports and itemized billing that meet international insurance and reimbursement requirements — ready to submit when you are home.
We prepare the hospital invitation documentation required by the Chinese authorities, review your application and guide you through each step before you travel.
Visa MattersAfter your treatment, we compile a complete medical file in English for your doctor back home — so there will be no gaps in your care when you return.
Careful preparation cannot fix everything in advance — and we never pretend it can. When things shift on the ground, here is exactly what we do:
With time, energy and experience ever in short supply when one needs them, facing change alone often leaves one feeling helpless. When change does happen, we stay with you — and together, we have a better chance of coming up with a reasonable alternative.
Clinical judgment should be made by your doctor from carefully examining your body — not from a file, and certainly not by us.
We plan carefully, yet we know plans almost always change. When change happens, our place is to stand with you.
You tell us your situation. We review your records and timeline before suggesting anything.
We shortlist hospitals and physicians, present options with evidence, and — if you wish — arrange a paid video consultation to help you decide.
Appointments, translation, visa package and pre-trip logistics are put in place.
Airport pickup, hotel booking, ride-hailing, food delivery — in Shanghai these are easy to arrange, and we can't pretend to add much value. But if you feel lost in an unfamiliar city and want someone to take care of these things for you — we can. If your treatment plan needs to change — a different doctor, a different hospital — that is our real job, and we will get on it right away.
At the end of your stay in China, your medical file is compiled and translated into English — so that your doctor or insurer at home can take over your care without gap or delay.
Your discussions with your doctor are privileged communications. Your discussions with us, however, may or may not be privileged, depending on whether we are considered a conduit to a particular doctor. Laws differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
While we do not disclose any medical information we receive from you for any purpose other than helping you obtain treatment (see our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy), we can never be certain whether authorities will one day call upon us to release that information, or whether we will be required to respond to a civil subpoena involving you. We therefore handle your medical information strictly on a need-to-know basis.
We recommend that your initial release of medical information be redacted to remove anything that identifies you, and that we communicate on a first-name basis. When you do hire us, and when we make bookings in your name, we need to know who you are.
On accompanied hospital visits, our staff will not attend your consultations with doctors unless expressly requested by you.
Itemized proposals from multiple teams, translated into plain English. Whether a procedure is necessary is your doctor's judgment, never ours.
Coordination fees are published; hospital fees are paid directly to the hospital.
Every client completes a structured review of every medical team they work with; your experience builds on theirs.
Tell us about your situation — we'll respond within one business day with a clear next step.
